I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful garden, swimming pool, and pool table. The location was convenient, close to historic sights and a short taxi ride from the bustling city center. The breakfast was expansive and delicious with a great piped-in orchestral music.
Everything is what I need and want.

The view from the room was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such a stunning scenery was worth it. the staff was always kind and willing to help, making our stay much more enjoyable. the breakfast options were extensive and the hot food we tried was delicious. Despite being a little further from the main touristic spots, it was easy to walk to everything in a few minutes.
The room was much smaller than we expected and not as comfortable as advertised. the furniture was outdated and some even seemed broken.

Being in a new place for Easter is always fun and relaxing. The historic charm and the beautiful gardens were the best aspects of my stay. Despite the hotel's location being a bit secluded, it offered stunning views of the surrounding hillsides and city center. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and the breakfast had a spread of traditional Brazilian dishes.
The room I stayed in was disappointing, and the bathroom felt cramped, which made it uncomfortable to use. The location was not convenient as it was far from the city center, and the access to the hotel was difficult without a car. Additionally, the hotel lacked amenities, and the pool area was noisy and not relaxing due to people being loud and rude.
